  • Dono

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Dono is an AI-driven property records intelligence company headquartered in Tel Aviv, with additional offices in Palm Beach, Florida. Its modular platform ingests fragmented county documents and, through software plus human verification, delivers verified ownership data to customers through both a user interface and an API. The system currently covers more than 700 counties across the United States, giving real-estate professionals broad geographic reach. Dono targets the title-insurance market today but plans to expand to lenders, mortgage servicers, and real-estate investment firms. Newly raised capital will fund further county-level infrastructure build-out and enhance automation and efficiency while maintaining data accuracy. The company has secured $10.2 million in total funding to date, including the latest seed round. Co-founders include CEO Tali Gross, COO Eyal Stern, and CTO Ron Likvornik.

  • Zeroport

    Led · Seed · Jan 2026

Zeroport provides Fantom, a patented hardware solution that establishes a physical non-IP bridge at network boundaries, allowing only human interaction signals inbound and display-only pixel streams outbound. By eliminating IP traffic, the platform removes the attack surfaces exploited in high-profile breaches of VPN and remote-access tools. Founded in mid-2024 in Herzliya by CEO Joseph Gertz and CTO Lavi Friedman, the company targets enterprises that need remote connectivity without compromising critical assets. Friedman and COO Rotem Kalmi, alumni of the IDF’s Unit 81, identified the shortcomings of legacy VPN systems during their reserve duty. Zeroport currently employs 25 people across offices in Israel, New York, and Singapore, and plans to grow its headcount to roughly 40 within the next year. Management claims the solution can save customers millions in breach-related costs while simplifying secure connectivity. No revenue or user figures have been disclosed to date.

  • Cassidy Bio

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Cassidy Bio is developing what it claims is the first AI-driven genomic foundation model that integrates proprietary wet-lab data, population-scale genomics and advanced machine learning to optimize the selection of guides, enzymes and delivery modalities for gene-editing therapeutics. By replacing today’s slow, trial-and-error approach with large-scale in-silico prediction and validation, the platform aims to increase precision, speed and clinical confidence in CRISPR-based drug development. The Tel Aviv-based startup’s end-to-end workflow ranks potential designs by safety and efficacy, with the goal of enabling reliable gene-editing medicines at scale rather than isolated successes. Its founding team combines serial biotech entrepreneur and CEO Rom Kshuk, CRISPR scientist Ayal Hendel, PhD, and AI specialist Yaniv Shmueli, PhD, and is supported by a scientific advisory board featuring former leaders from Editas Medicine, UPenn, Ultima Genomics and Intellia Therapeutics. Cassidy Bio plans to use newly raised capital to further train and validate its genomic foundation model and expand its wet-lab capabilities. To date, the company has secured $8 million in seed financing; no revenue, user or clinical metrics have yet been disclosed.

  • NeoLogic

    Participated · Series A · Aug 2025

NeoLogic is a fabless semiconductor startup founded in 2021 by Avi Messica and Ziv Leshem that is developing energy-efficient server CPUs for AI data centers. Its CPUs use simplified logic with fewer transistors and logic gates to run faster while consuming less power. The founders together have about 50 years of semiconductor experience, with Leshem having worked at Intel and Synopsis and Messica focusing on circuit design and manufacturing. NeoLogic is working with two hyperscaler partners on CPU design, aims to produce a single-core test chip by the end of the year, and hopes to get its server CPUs into data centers by 2027. The company recently raised a $10 million Series A led by KOMPAS VC and will use the funds to expand its engineering team and continue CPU development. Management says the architecture could shave roughly 30% off data-center costs and help address rising energy demands as AI-driven power use is expected to double in four years.
