Overview
VitriVax is a Boulder, Colorado–based vaccine formulation technology company focused on its proprietary Atomic Layering Thermostable Antigen and Adjuvant (ALTA®) platform. ALTA® is designed to eliminate cold-chain requirements and consolidate multi-dose regimens into single-shot vaccines, thereby easing distribution to remote or resource-limited regions. The company is advancing the platform toward Phase 1-ready GMP manufacturing and first-in-human trials. Recent funding will support scale-up of clinical, regulatory, and commercial operations. VitriVax’s non-dilutive funding includes a $9.9 million Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation grant, a grant from the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Initiatives (CEPI), and a multi-year contract from the U.S. Department of Defense. These resources position the company to accelerate development and broaden access to lifesaving immunizations worldwide.
