WiiSmile is an employee benefits platform focused on giving small and medium-sized enterprises access to perks typically reserved for larger organisations, including travel services, discounted tickets for events, and reimbursement schemes for recreational, cultural and personal services. The company has operated for just over 20 years and reports working with more than 8,500 companies and providing benefits to well over 100,000 employees. In 2021 WiiSmile generated an ARR of approximately €18 million. With the new investment, management intends to accelerate customer acquisition and to develop new services and partnerships. The company also plans to pursue acquisitions of specialist players to broaden its offering. Existing investor NextStage AM will reinvest a portion of the sale proceeds and retain a minority stake.
