The firm recently broadened its advisory capabilities by acquiring a company specializing in HR consulting, financial modelling and strategic organisation for large enterprises, marking the creation of a dedicated consulting arm. Emargence has been fully digital for nearly a decade and now aims to embed artificial intelligence across all internal processes and client engagements within the next two years. Management targets continued organic and external growth to build the scale needed for deeper staff specialisation and higher-value services. The group projects €20 million in revenue this year and aspires to rank among the top five Paris accounting firms by 2030 while maintaining its hallmark of proximity and trust. Future service lines under consideration include restructuring and financing support, underscoring the company’s ambition to expand its high-margin advisory offerings.

DMS Group develops and produces systems for digital radiology and osteodensitometry and sells equipment internationally. The company employs around 60 people and reports consolidated revenues of €50 million, with approximately 80% generated from exports. DMS is present in more than 140 countries, including the United States, Norway, China and South Africa, and noted that it does not export to Canada or Japan due to regulatory and market considerations. Management plans to develop more autonomous radiology rooms that can take charge of patients and help address medical deserts and radiologist shortages, with artificial intelligence seen as a key enabler. The company intends to launch new imaging solutions between 2026 and 2030 and to use external financing to strengthen industrial capacity and regulatory readiness. The recent EIB participatory loan of up to €20 million is intended to support those development and commercialization efforts.

Founded in 2016 near Montpellier by pharmacists Bertrand Pagès and Jérôme Escojido, Médiprix operates a network of more than 220 pharmacies and about 2,200 professionals. The group offers a digital, intelligent platform with proprietary tools to deliver a phygital and e‑health experience for pharmacies and patients, alongside training, installation support and other services. Médiprix also distributes a range of products including four in‑house brands (Medicinal, Mediexpert, Medisens and Viva) and emphasizes partnerships with French laboratories. The group reports more than €850m of revenue under its enseigne and has experienced strong growth since 2019. Médiprix highlights environmental and social commitments (recycling programs, ~90% French lab partners) as integral to its model. The company plans to accelerate its network rollout and develop new digital e‑health solutions leveraging data and artificial intelligence.

Its tools are used by cooperatives, storage operators and farmers to pilot storage more effectively and more responsibly, reducing pesticide use by 90%. Founded in 2018 and based in Wasquehal, France, the company employs 25 people. Javelot currently monitors 10% of French grain storage capacity and aims to cover 50% of European grain within five years. The startup sells hardware and a monitoring platform to improve storage outcomes and reduce pest-related losses. Financially, the company completed a Series B in which it raised capital to accelerate scaling.

WiiSmile is an employee benefits platform focused on giving small and medium-sized enterprises access to perks typically reserved for larger organisations, including travel services, discounted tickets for events, and reimbursement schemes for recreational, cultural and personal services. The company has operated for just over 20 years and reports working with more than 8,500 companies and providing benefits to well over 100,000 employees. In 2021 WiiSmile generated an ARR of approximately €18 million. With the new investment, management intends to accelerate customer acquisition and to develop new services and partnerships. The company also plans to pursue acquisitions of specialist players to broaden its offering. Existing investor NextStage AM will reinvest a portion of the sale proceeds and retain a minority stake.
