Witco (formally known as MonBuilding) is a Paris-based provider of a smart building app led by CEO Eliane Lugassy. The app offers over 50 customizable modules that use real-time data to centralize services for occupants, including room, office and gym reservations, problem reporting, visitor management, internal messaging and event organization. Companies can choose the functionalities they need, and the solution is adapted for offices (HQ and multi-tenant), coworking spaces and managed residential buildings. Witco serves clients across 200 cities, in over 800 buildings and is used by 5,000 companies, with customers such as Amundi, Swiss Life, IPSEN, Guerlain, AXA IM, Covivio, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Union Investments and Unibail URW. The company has 50 employees across offices in Paris, Lyon and Madrid. Following a $14m Series A, it plans to use the proceeds to launch in the UK and expand into Germany and Spain.
