Wolo doubled its revenue in 2023 and completed more than 2,000 rentals in the past two years with a near 0% default rate. Wolo is a Barcelona-based digital platform specialized in the rental housing market. The platform offers an end-to-end rental service accessible from any device, enabling publication of listings and photos, coordination of visits, property valuation, trend and performance analytics, and recommendations. It also supports online tracking of payments, contracts, documentation, insurance and household services such as electricity and water.
