Xolo
Volmerstraße 9B, Berlin, 12489, Germany
Overview
Xolo, founded in 2019 at Berlin’s Adlershof Technology Park, has developed Xolography, a volumetric 3D printing process that yields exceptionally smooth surfaces and accepts materials previously unsuitable for additive manufacturing. The technology targets demanding uses in optics, bioprinting, dentistry and acoustics where intricate geometries and material performance are paramount. Its first commercial device, the Xube printer, is already deployed by research groups, validating real-world applicability. The company is now engineering larger industrial printers tailored to the optics and biomaterials sectors. By enabling faster fabrication with broader material compatibility, Xolography positions Xolo to serve niches unreachable by traditional layer-based 3D printers. The recent Series A financing provides capital to accelerate product development and expand early market deployments.
