The company partnered with Apex Clearing Corporation for brokerage services and has built community features such as #firstgenwealth and #blkwomenwealth to engage users. WealthMore launched a beta in June and plans to exit beta around the end of the year. The founder, Mical Jeanlys-White, drew on prior product experience at American Express and JPMorgan Chase and has focused on diverse advisers and grassroots brand-building including lifestyle products and community events. The team currently numbers 10 people and conducted surveys of over 300 potential users while designing pricing and features.
