Its AI-based pricing engine draws on more than two million data points to deliver real-time property valuations, while AR/VR tools let buyers tour homes virtually. The company says it has enabled property deals worth Rs 2,000 crore for over 2,500 homeowners and currently records an annualised GMV of Rs 850 crore, doubling year-on-year. In FY24 it posted operating revenue of Rs 10.7 crore against expenses of Rs 10.26 crore, turning a small profit of Rs 30.99 lakh. Founded by Tarun Sainani and Deepak Bhatia, the platform is live in Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram and works with more than 4,000 channel partners. The new capital will fund technology upgrades, brand building and expansion into Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

- Skye Air Mobility
Participated · Seed · Nov 2022
Founded in 2019, Skye Air Mobility develops and operates a hyperlocal drone delivery network that combines aerial drones capable of carrying up to 10 kg with a proprietary traffic management system called Skye UTM and an AI-enabled hub-pod-walker ground logistics layer. The company’s ‘Physical AI stack’ links autonomous drones, airspace management and ground robotics into a single delivery chain designed for India’s dense urban environments. Over a little more than two years of commercial operations, Skye Air has completed 3.6 million autonomous deliveries for e-commerce, healthcare and industrial clients. Management positions the platform as a way to shorten last-mile delivery times while preserving jobs through its hybrid ground-and-air approach. With fresh capital, Skye Air plans to scale from its Delhi-NCR base to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Kolkata within the next 18 months. The expansion will focus on deepening its Physical AI stack and building additional delivery infrastructure to capture a share of India’s $5.5 billion—and rapidly growing—last-mile logistics market.
