Its platform integrates into websites and aims to increase revenue through smart pricing, sales predictions and targeted campaigns. The company is developing an AI-driven smart pricing model that will adjust discounts based on factors such as demand, weather forecasts and sales evolution to encourage advance bookings. Smeetz plans to expand into additional regional verticals including nightclubs, tourist offices and festivals and to grow further into the Swiss-German market and the rest of Europe. The startup was founded in 2017 and is based in Lausanne. Its current financing position includes €1.3 million raised to date and plans for a €2.3 million Series A in the first half of 2021.
