EVerZom is a biotechnology company building a proprietary GMP-compliant bioproduction platform to generate therapeutic exosomes from mesenchymal stem cells. Its approach couples exosomes with biomaterials to improve delivery and efficacy across multiple indications. The lead candidate, EVerGel, targets Crohn’s complex perianal fistulas and is scheduled to enter the clinic in 2026, while Eviv is in pre-clinical development for acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). Additional exploratory programs span ophthalmology, broader regenerative medicine applications, and extra-pharma opportunities such as cosmetics and veterinary health. Proceeds from the latest round will finance the first clinical trial of EVerGel, extend the platform into hepatology and dermatology, and further scale industrial manufacturing capabilities. No revenue or user metrics have been disclosed to date.
