ULive began as a group training studio and now operates a digital fitness app that offers livestream classes across boot camp, pilates, stretching, dance, cycling and mobility, plus an on-demand library. The platform employs more than 22 in-house instructors and lets users create customized programs from recorded workouts. The app reports 75,000 active users, including more than 35,000 users across 16 countries, and monthly revenue grew to over $10,000 within the last 12 months with an average monthly growth rate of 30%. With new funding the company has rebranded to Urban Active and plans to expand into the U.S., including acquiring a physical studio and moving its headquarters to the U.S. Founder and CEO Ahmet Berkman has set a goal of reaching 50,000 paid subscribers within the next 12 months.

Hub21 operates an international instructor network across five countries and a core team of four nationalities. It has grown to more than 500 students from over 10 countries and earns roughly 30% of its revenue from outside Turkey.
