Led · Seed · Jan 2026
Múltiplo Capital provides unbiased financial advisory services to mass-affluent clients, emphasizing that it neither sells proprietary products nor maintains preferred distribution agreements with any institution. The company has just secured authorization from the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) to operate as an Empresa de Asesoramiento Financiero (EAF), allowing it to formally deliver its advisory offering. Its core proposition is to serve customers holding a minimum of €30,000 in liquid assets—an underserved segment excluded from conventional private-bank platforms. The leadership team includes CEO Cristian Merino, who previously founded robo-advisor Finanbest (later sold to MyInvestor), Product Director Atzari Surinyach, and Investments Director Juan Pablo Jimeno, former head of global markets for BBVA in the U.S. and asset management at BBVA Spain. Múltiplo Capital has raised a €950,000 pre-seed round to fund product development, regulatory compliance, and initial market expansion. This capital injection is its first disclosed outside funding. The firm did not disclose operating metrics such as revenues or user numbers, as it is still in the early stages of launch.
- Kinia Moves
Led · Seed · Jan 2026
Kinia Moves is a female activewear brand co-founded by serial entrepreneur Marta Llaquet and venture builder Antai Ventures. Positioned around the social mission of preventing girls and women from dropping out of sport, the company will offer two apparel lines—one for teenagers and another for adult women—combining performance fabrics with fashion-forward aesthetics at a medium-premium price point. The business plans an online-first launch in the spring, followed by selective owned retail formats such as pop-ups while deliberately avoiding wholesale to control brand storytelling. Leveraging proprietary AI tools, Kinia Moves claims it can cut two-thirds of the normal product-development timeline and save roughly 80 % of associated time-to-market costs by automating visual style guides and e-commerce imagery generation. The first collection is conceptually designed and awaiting prototyping, with no public website or product on sale yet. Initial geographic focus is Spain, with later expansion earmarked for other European markets. The company is currently pre-revenue and is seeking external capital to validate its model before launch.
