  Circuland builds a platform of Digital Material Passports that record lifecycle data for construction materials, enabling reuse and recovery of value and turning buildings into Material Banks. The company’s core product is a data warehouse that supports decision-making across construction and maintenance, with an emphasis on transparent, accessible material data. Circuland has gained traction in the UK and Europe, working with top-tier organisations and Fortune 500 companies to promote material reuse and reduce emissions and waste. The business says its approach aligns with upcoming EU Digital Product Passport policy, the EU Green Deal Circular Economy Action Plan, and EU Taxonomy Regulations. The recently closed €750k pre-seed round will be used to accelerate product development and expand the team to meet growing demand. Founders include CEO and co-founder Anastasia Stella and CTO and co-founder Angelo Mermiklis.
