Backers include new investor IT Farm Corporation and current shareholders Apex, ComVentures, Sigma Partner, and CEO David Stamm. Enkata Technologies builds performance management software tailored to service organizations, including contact centers and claims operations. According to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week, Enkata raised $4.88 million in a fourth-round funding. Investors named in the filing included Sigma Partners, joined by returning backers ComVentures and Apex Venture Partners.
