  • ZIRITZ

    Participated · Series A · Nov 2025

ZIRITZ operates StockFormer, an asset-formation platform that applies AI scoring to users’ income, assets, occupation and investment experience to recommend investment properties and structure optimal loans. The service has amassed more than 4,000 registered users, roughly 70 % of whom earn over ¥10 million annually and include executives, doctors, professionals and employees of foreign firms. To broaden its offering, the company introduced StockFormer-ZERO, an automated apartment-planning service that blends financial, real-estate and construction data to manage everything from land selection through design, build and sale. By leveraging big data and AI, StockFormer-ZERO reduces land and building costs by about 20 % and enables investors to pursue newly built apartments or condominiums targeting 7 % yields with minimal personal capital. ZIRITZ collaborates with partner financial institutions and the Saison Group to deliver bridge and end loans, giving lenders a framework to finance projects they previously avoided. The platform currently serves the Tokyo metropolitan area and plans to expand into major cities nationwide while enriching its land and loan data sets and advancing its algorithms. Capital from the latest round will also support recruiting and developing additional talent to sustain these growth initiatives.

  • SAMANSA

    Participated · Series A · Sep 2025

SAMANSA is building a video-on-demand service dedicated to short films under the motto “映画を、自由化する。” (liberate film). Since launching its app in 2022, the company has distributed over 600 works to audiences in North America, Asia, and other regions. All subtitling, trailer production, and other distribution processes are handled in-house, and some trailers have surpassed 100 million views on social media. A proprietary data analytics foundation matches films to optimal viewers while uncovering next-generation creators and converting content into IP. The service is subscription-based at ¥490 per month. With the latest financing, SAMANSA’s total funding now stands at roughly ¥1.1 billion. The new capital will be directed toward upgrading platform features, accelerating expansion into English-speaking markets, and producing original short-, mid-, and feature-length films and IP.

  • Lyra Finance

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2021

Lyra is an options trading protocol deployed on Optimism that recently launched a testnet and plans a mainnet launch in September. The protocol is integrated with Synthetix, which allows Lyra to hedge risk for liquidity providers and helps keep fees low for traders. Lyra aims to bring scalable, capital-efficient options trading to DeFi, addressing a market that has struggled to find traction. The team launched its testnet less than a month before the article and intends to use the newly raised funds to hire additional engineers. ParaFi Capital described Lyra’s novel on-chain pricing mechanism, Synthetix integration, and Optimism deployment as key to introducing traders and liquidity providers to the protocol.
