Entrix builds and operates a portfolio of battery storage systems across core European markets, offering end-to-end optimisation and market participation. Its platform manages more than 70 systems and a contracted capacity of 3 GW / 8.5 GWh, with 2 GW expected to be operational in 2026. Entrix runs local teams and offices in Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland, with Germany as its largest market by capacity. The company uses AI-driven trading and optimisation to participate in balancing services, day-ahead and intraday markets, translating battery performance into revenue. Founded in 2021, Entrix has grown from running one of Germany’s first large-scale battery projects into a sizable flexibility operator that it says is equivalent in scale to roughly three nuclear power plants or the peak demand of about three million households.
