i2x offers an AI-powered platform that analyses and transcribes complex multilingual conversations in real time (under 0.5 seconds) to provide personalised recommendations, training content and live coaching to customer advisors and agents. The software delivers live feedback to optimise sales and service conversations and the company cites metric uplifts including up to 70% higher revenue generated by supported employees, ~15% increased employee satisfaction and ~30% higher customer satisfaction. i2x has recorded 400% growth in both customers and revenue in the past 12 months and holds over ten patents related to audio interface systems, accent/dialect processing, speech/audio data modification and anonymisation. The platform is currently used by a dozen online merchants. The company raised €1.5M in seed funding. Backers included Motu Ventures, Asgard Capital and angelfund.vc. parlamind intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform. The company was founded in August 2015 in Berlin by Dr. Tina Klüwer, Christian Wolf, Dr. Nuria Bertomeu Castelló and Tobias Lehmann.
