As a communication companion, the platform enables users to record every call for later playback and delivers feedback after each call using a combination of machine learning algorithms, big data and communication know-how. The solution is compatible with most VoIP and CRM systems and can be set up in a few minutes. The company is led by founder Michael Brehm and is based in Berlin, Germany. It currently employs approximately 40 people. In January 2019 i2x raised €10m in funding.
