Overview
ATechX is a PropTech accelerator powered by Aroundtown (Europe's largest real estate company), in partnership with noa and Fifth Wall. It helps early-stage real estate technology startups test and scale their solutions over a 4-month program by piloting them across Aroundtown's portfolio of 200,000+ office, residential, and hotel properties in Europe. Selected startups receive mentorship from industry leaders, strategic support, access to VC capital, and a collaborative innovator network.

Astracite is building carbon-negative battery anode materials that convert captured CO2 and silicon into high-performance graphite aimed at increasing lithium-ion battery energy density and reducing cost and supply-chain dependence. The team participated in Carbon13’s programme, which helped them secure investor introductions and raise an oversubscribed €750k pre-seed round. They also received €380k in funding from the Flemish Innovation Agency to support development. Coverage notes the company secured investor backing before having a prototype.
