The company aims to reduce operational costs, increase service reliability, boost customer satisfaction and drive efficiency through its analytics. Verdeeco intends to use the funds to facilitate growth and adoption of its cloud-based utility data solution. Founded in 2009 by CEO Musaddeq Khan (MK), the company is based in Atlanta, GA and is accelerating within the Georgia Tech Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC). It has been working with a focused group of utilities to aggregate and analyze data and apply resulting intelligence to improve business decisions. In conjunction with the funding, Jim Stratigos, Virginia Persons and Mike Eckert joined Verdeeco’s board.
