  • Kestra Technologies

    Participated · Series A · Mar 2026

Kestra Technologies builds Kestra, an open-source orchestration control plane designed to unify data pipelines, AI workflows, infrastructure automation and business processes across hybrid and air-gapped environments. Founded in 2021 by Emmanuel Darras and Ludovic Dehon, the platform is used by more than 30,000 organizations and recorded over 2 billion workflow executions in 2025, while earning 26,000+ GitHub stars. Since its seed round 18 months ago the company says enterprise revenue grew 25× and adoption expanded at large enterprises including Apple, Toyota, JPMorgan Chase, BHP and Crédit Agricole. Kestra offers a plugin ecosystem (1,200+ plugins) and emphasizes declarative, extensible orchestration for mission-critical use cases. The company plans to ship Kestra 2.0—a distributed execution engine with real-time observability and native agentic orchestration—and launch Kestra Cloud, a fully managed SaaS with usage-based pricing, while expanding go-to-market and open-source investments.

  • Symbiotic Security

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Symbiotic Security is a Paris-based startup building Symbiotic Code, an AI-driven secure code generation solution that employs a controlled, agentic workflow to enforce security guardrails, run automated verification, and apply instant remediation before code is returned to developers. The platform targets the documented gap in which general-purpose AI coding agents frequently produce insecure code, offering enterprises a unified way to guarantee compliance and security at the point of code creation. With its product already launched, the company is positioning itself for enterprise adoption and broader commercial rollout. Proceeds from its recent seed financing will be directed toward accelerating product development, scaling go-to-market activities, and supporting deployment with large customers. Although the company has not disclosed revenue or user figures, the sizeable seed round underscores investor confidence in its technology and market potential. Management is led by CEO Jerome Robert, who is steering the company toward rapid growth in the AI security tooling space.

  • Formance

    Participated · Series A · Jan 2025

Formance started with an open-source, programmable financial ledger and has expanded into a modular fintech infrastructure platform. It currently offers five products including the ledger, a connectivity API, payment orchestration, reconciliation, and a mass-payout product in development. The company positions its platform as an AWS-like stack for financial operations, aiming to reduce integration costs for customers. Formance does not process payments or hold customer funds; it remains an independent middleware provider. The startup reports roughly 20 customers (including Booksy, Doctolib, Liberis and Shares), with two U.S. customers representing about 40% of revenue. With the new funding it plans product expansion and to grow headcount from 20 to 50 by the end of 2025. Formance develops a low-code, open-source solution for modeling, operating and tracking payment flows and money movements on a system-of-record/ledger. The product targets marketplaces, platforms and fintechs that need to break down and track complex pay-ins and payouts. Its platform includes use-case templates that the company says let online businesses model payment flows in hours. FORMANCE is currently used in Europe and the U.S. The company plans to use the new funding for product development and to expand the platform within Europe. FORMANCE was founded in 2021 by Clément Salaün and Anne-Sybille Pradelles.
