Swikly provides an online solution to digitalize and secure security-deposit and advance-payment requests, aimed primarily at tourism and seasonal rental professionals. The platform integrates with property- and campsite-management software such as Avantio, Rental-United, SequoiaSoft, AppliCamp and Inaxel. Swikly says it serves more than 600 clients and has users in over 150 countries, and has secured over 30,000 deposits across France for seasonal rentals. The company was launched in 2016 and is based in Lyon. Using the recent funding, Swikly plans to continue developing its product and to expand further in France and internationally to capture growth in the seasonal rental market.

FinKey develops an intelligent digital financial recommendation tool and marketplace that uses Big Data and an algorithm to match businesses with appropriate financing options. The platform aggregates around 5,000 financing options and connects to roughly 200 financing advisors and nearly 100 partners including accountants, business lawyers, and insurers. FinKey leverages multiple sources of public data and AI to analyse and anticipate financing needs by sector and project maturity. Its network has helped startups raise about €8.3 million in a few months, demonstrating early traction. The company recently closed its first funding round of €800k and plans to use the financing to recruit talent, accelerate technical development, and improve skilled matchmaking between companies and financing counterparts. FinKey positions itself as a digital guide combining technological tools with human support to connect entrepreneurs to the right market players.
