CybSafe offers a SaaS, per-user subscription platform that applies behavioral science and data analytics to manage people-related security risk. Its product delivers microlearning content and personalized “nudges” via mobile app or browser in nine languages. The company says this behavior-led approach lets organizations peer into workforce security behavior, culture and risk reporting to preempt problems and track improvement, and claims 40%–60% greater effectiveness for certain security behaviors versus traditional methods. CybSafe counts clients such as Credit Suisse, Barclays, HSBC, FNZ Group and Moody’s, and has a strategic partnership with Vodafone. Founded and launched in 2017 by Oz Alashe MBE, the company was created to move beyond compliance-driven, tick-box training toward evidence-backed behavior change. Financially, CybSafe recently closed a new funding round to support continued product development centered on behavior-change micro-experiments. CybSafe is a behavior-led cybersecurity SaaS product that applies behavioral science and data analytics to manage people-related security risks by delivering personalized cyber support, microlearning, adaptive content and nudges. The platform is delivered via a mobile application and within a browser and is available in nine languages. It uses accredited microlearning content, adaptive support material and personalized nudges to help users develop security skills and habits. CybSafe operates on a per-user subscription licensing model and already serves 350 clients in 15 countries, including Credit Suisse, Air Canada, HSBC and NHS Trusts. Launched in 2017, the team includes cyber resilience and intelligence experts, former U.K. government cybersecurity specialists, behavioral scientists, data scientists and software engineers. The company plans to use new funding to expand its enterprise and midmarket client base. CybSafe is a cloud-based cyber security software platform that addresses human cyber risk by improving awareness, behaviour, and culture. Its platform uses AI, machine learning and advanced data analytics to combat threats such as phishing, social media use, public WiFi, malware, identity and password issues. An analytical engine lets customers see the type and location of risk and what they can do to mitigate those risks. The solution is used by over 100,000 users and more than 140 organisations across the UK and 11 other countries. CybSafe plans to use the £3.5m Series A to further develop its intelligent software platform and to accelerate revenue generation and growth. The company was founded in 2015, launched to market in 2017, and is led by CEO Oz Alashe.
