Zantrik is an automobile maintenance startup based in Bangladesh that aims to modernize the vehicle maintenance lifecycle through digitisation, process innovation, and connectivity. The company provides tools and processes to improve customer experience, transparency, and value for vehicle owners by working with garages. Zantrik plans to digitise 100 garages using the newly raised funds to enhance service delivery and oversight. The founder and CEO, Shubho Al-Farooque, framed the company’s mission as transforming an unstructured and inefficient automotive industry. The company recently completed a $1 million seed financing to support these expansion and digitisation efforts.

SWAP operates a C2B, B2B and C2B2C marketplace that lets consumers buy, sell, or exchange used electronics and automobiles, offering doorstep guaranteed selling in under 24 hours and avenues for proper e-waste disposal. The platform supports multiple payment and fulfillment options, a cross-category exchange program, and certified pre-owned products priced at around 60% of retail with one-year warranties and insurance covering liquid and accidental damage. SWAP has enabled more than 3,000 agents to earn additional income and aims to increase economic participation and technology accessibility for low-income earners. Financially, the company reports over $14.5M in gross merchandise value to date, a current monthly GMV of over $1.7M, and more than 40,000 customers served. The startup highlights environmental impact metrics — reducing 1,100 metric tons of CO2 and saving over 65 metric tons of e-waste — as part of its circular-economy mission. The new funding is intended to drive rapid scale-up over the next 6–12 months and advance SWAP toward market leadership in sustainable re-commerce.
