Mission Statement The purpose of this project is to change the trend of the Indian entertainment sector and hold the market share of this industry with Drive-In Cinema. This open theater will maintain the social distance as well along with shopping mall concept will help pull the crowd under one roof. It’s a cheaper mode of entertainment comparing traditional cinema hall with no parking charges as well at this pandemic situation audience will be safe and enjoy the quality time. A drive-in-cinema is a form of cinema structure consisting of a large outdoor movie screen. it is an open theatre where visitors can take his / her cars inside and watch the movie, as well as visitors who don't bring any car can also enjoy the movie seating in the garden and gallery along with a shopping mall, food court and game zone for kids under one roof. Planning to start the project in 2021 and target to operational by 2024 I am looking forward to you.

Zoomcar operates a car‑sharing platform focused on emerging markets. The company announced a definitive merger agreement with Innovative International Acquisition, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, that will take Zoomcar public. Upon closing the business combination, the combined company is expected to be renamed Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. and to list its common stock on Nasdaq. Concurrent with execution of the merger agreement, an affiliate of Innovative’s sponsor invested $10 million in Zoomcar via a convertible promissory note. Zoomcar operates a car-sharing marketplace that allows users to rent cars by the month, week, day or hour. The Sequoia Capital India-backed firm is active across several nations, with India as its largest market and presence in Southeast Asia and the MENA region. It works with individuals, SMEs that operate fleets and semi-professionals, and maintains partnerships with banks and insurance firms. The company employs more than 300 people and has over 10,000 cars on its platform. Zoomcar expects its platform to focus heavily on electric vehicles in the medium term. It plans to expand into more than 20 countries over the next 18 months and is exploring a public listing, aiming to file for an IPO next year. Financially, the company has raised $92 million in the latest round and $207 million in total to date. Zoomcar, founded in 2012 by Greg Moran and David Back, operates a self-drive car rental and shared subscription service using a hyperlocal pickup model. That debt financing was provided by Trifecta Capital, according to a YourStory report quoting the RoC filings. The articles do not disclose operating metrics, detailed terms of the financing, or stated future plans. Zoomcar operates a Zipcar-style on-demand car rental service alongside programs to grow inventory, including ZAP (a leasing scheme for new car buyers) and a multi-month subscription product. Activate (formerly Bloglovin’) operates an influencer-marketing platform while continuing to support the Bloglovin’ blog-discovery product. The company helps advertisers find and work with creators, and says it has worked with 75,000 influencers to produce 6,500 pieces of content per month over the past 12 months. Activate emphasizes direct access to influencers' own analytics and richer data rather than relying solely on public scraping. It is launching Activate Studio to support brands that lack large social-media teams, supplementing its existing self-serve product. The rebrand coincides with leadership change: Kamiu Lee was promoted to CEO and outgoing CEO Giordano Contestabile will remain as a board member and advisor. Activate positions itself on content quality and influencer relationships as it scales its commercial influencer-marketing business and has raised new funding from Northzone.
