Almadom.us develops domoki, a smart-home solution designed to save energy by monitoring lights, thermostats, valves, sockets and other internet-connected objects. Domoki can be activated via vocal command, touchscreen, mobile and PC and is available for pre-order at domoki.it with shipping expected at the end of July 2016. The company, incubated within and participated by Digital Magics, plans to use new funds to continue product development, increase manufacturing capacity and expand sales and marketing. Almadom.us raised €500k in equity financing; following the capital increase co-founders Marco Zanchi and Alessandro Benedetti own a 55.02% stake. The company has opened an operating office at Kilometro Rosso, a scientific park near Bergamo.
