Viceversa offers revenue-based financing to online businesses — marketplaces, B2C and B2B e-commerce, and subscription services — pairing flexible capital with an analytics and insights platform. The platform connects sales and marketing channels (Amazon, Meta, Stripe, etc.) to monitor marketing KPIs and performance. Its latest product is an embedded finance solution for eCommerce and marketplace enterprises. Launched in November 2021 by Matteo Masserdotti and Pedro Salvi, the company operates from offices in Milan and Dublin. Viceversa intends to use the new funds to expand operations and business reach. The company reports a total portfolio value of more than €25m and serves clients across six countries. Viceversa is a revenue-based financing company that provides capital to European digital businesses, investing between €10K and €1M per company to support growth without equity dilution or debt guarantees. Founded in late 2020 and based in Milan, Italy and Dublin, Ireland, the company operated in stealth until this announcement. Its leadership team includes Matteo Masserdotti (CEO), Pedro Salvi (CFO), Pietro Pogliani and Patrick David. Viceversa intends to use new funding to expand its investment portfolio from €1M to €20M over the next 12 months. The company plans to establish partnerships with marketing agencies, VC funds and eCommerce players to scale deal flow and distribution. Current operations focus on digital businesses showing clear signs of growth under a revenue-based financing model.

Amon develops the Amon Wallet, which integrates EUR/GBP fiat wallets, multiple crypto wallets, one-click exchange functionality and other products to support user spending and investing. The company offers Amon Earn, an investment product in partnership with Celsius.Network that advertises 3%–12% annual passive interest paid weekly without a locking period on assets including BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, BCH, DAI and USDCCD. Upcoming product launches include an Amon Debit Card (approved for release) that will work in 31 EEA countries and be accepted anywhere UnionPay is accepted, plus an Investment Assistant to help users with portfolio risk scoring and an Ethical Token/Utility to support charities. Amon says the Wallet–Card integration will allow users to earn passive interest and spend it within the same Wallet. The company has been fundraising on the investment platform BnkToTheFuture and has so far raised over $470,000 in equity funding. Since its inception in April 2018, Amon has onboarded institutional backers including MKB Bank and Digital Magics.

YoAgents is a web and mobile platform that creates on-demand and open commercial networks to promote digital services and connect sales professionals with startups, micro companies, and SMEs. Through the app sales professionals can choose services, pitch themselves to companies, download sales documents, create deals, and visualize and request revenue. Partner companies — including Restopolitan, Groupalia, Fitprime, Experteasy and Foodscovery — access a dashboard to manage ambassador networks and view campaign results and value generated in real time. The platform currently hosts over 2,000 sales professionals and the company has a team of 10. YoAgents raised €415K in seed funding from Atandia Moffu Labs, Boost Heroes, 3LB Seed Capital, Lorenzo Dal Verme and Digital Magics, which owns a 63.73% stake. The funds are being used to continue developing the technology and software and to launch the new app, which is available in the App Store and Play Store.

Wikire is a Milan-based startup that provides a platform dedicated to real estate brokers. Its products include wikire.it, a multiple listing service allowing professionals to share portfolios, value properties, and integrate with existing MLS and management systems, and wikicasa.it, a marketplace with listings exclusively from agencies and professionals. The company is an Innovative Startup under Italian law and is incubated within Milan-listed Digital Magics. Wikire already features networks such as Gabetti, Professionecasa and Grimaldi and works with roughly 2,000 other agencies. Following the deal with RE/MAX Italia, over 200 RE/MAX agencies and some 20,000 real estate factsheets will be uploaded to the platform. Wikire also plans to launch an equity crowdfunding campaign to allow real estate brokers to participate as shareholders.

It provides tools to help users select products across Europe, manages logistics, and offers one-day delivery options. Founded in 2013 and led by CEO Euan Lonmon, Pneusmart is based in Milan and Amsterdam and currently serves over 10k users with a team of 15. The company plans to use recent funding to consolidate its position in Italy, expand into Germany and the Netherlands, and launch in Southern Europe by entering France and Spain, while continuing to develop its tech platform.
