Dillien, formerly known as Enve, develops cloud-based virtual data rooms used by transaction advisers and corporates to structure, share and monitor sensitive documents throughout due-diligence workflows. The platform targets professional deal-makers who currently rely on legacy tools, and the company reports rapidly expanding adoption among leading Norwegian and increasingly European transaction environments. Management states that revenue has tripled over recent years, reaching roughly NOK 1.5 million in 2025, and they are aiming for NOK 5–6 million in 2026. New capital will fund accelerated product development, additional hiring and geographic scale-up across Europe. Despite macro headwinds and a slower deal market, Dillien cites strong customer growth and early traction outside the Nordics as proof points. The team is already preparing for a larger financing later this year to sustain momentum.
