- Dillien
Participated · Seed · Jan 2026
Dillien, formerly known as Enve, develops cloud-based virtual data rooms used by transaction advisers and corporates to structure, share and monitor sensitive documents throughout due-diligence workflows. The platform targets professional deal-makers who currently rely on legacy tools, and the company reports rapidly expanding adoption among leading Norwegian and increasingly European transaction environments. Management states that revenue has tripled over recent years, reaching roughly NOK 1.5 million in 2025, and they are aiming for NOK 5–6 million in 2026. New capital will fund accelerated product development, additional hiring and geographic scale-up across Europe. Despite macro headwinds and a slower deal market, Dillien cites strong customer growth and early traction outside the Nordics as proof points. The team is already preparing for a larger financing later this year to sustain momentum.
- Sonair
Participated · Equity · Sep 2025
Oslo-based Sonair has built an acoustic detection and ranging (ADAR) sensor that emits high-frequency ultrasound and processes the returning echoes to create a three-dimensional map of nearby objects. The company positions its technology as a complementary alternative to LIDAR, arguing that filling a room with sound offers richer, more reliable depth data than a single laser sweep. Released earlier this year, the sensor outputs data in standard robotics formats, allowing straightforward integration with existing hardware and software stacks. Robotics manufacturers are already planning to embed the sensor in upcoming models, and industrial customers are using it to automatically shut down heavy machinery when people enter restricted zones. Sonair currently faces little direct competition in sonar-based robotic perception but anticipates new entrants as safety standards tighten. Management’s long-term vision is to make its sensor as ubiquitous as cameras in autonomous systems. Although no revenue or user figures were disclosed, the firm is entering a scale-up phase backed by fresh capital.
- The Human Touch Robotics
Led · Seed · Jan 2024
The Human Touch Robotics, based in Oslo, builds robotic systems to automate the packing process for online groceries. Its core components include Dexter, an adaptive gripper; Deep-eye, an AI computer vision software; and Noyce, an intelligent path planning system. The company recently raised a €1.76M (20 million NOK) seed round from ProVenture and Voima Ventures. The funding will be used to refine technology, reach market readiness, expand market reach, and scale up production. The investment is intended to accelerate development and deployment of its solutions and to help establish a new standard for online grocery automation.
- My Voice
Led · Equity · Oct 2020
My Voice unlocks the power of the human voice using the latest machine learning techniques, starting with speaker identification and expanding into sentiment analysis, emotion detection and real-time evaluation of other speaker characteristics. Founded in 2017 by Ivar Line, Nicola Andelic and Dr. David Horowitz, the company has built a team of scientists and serial entrepreneurs across Norway, the UK, France and Israel. Its product range is designed for scalability and performance from ultra-low-power devices to large-scale internet services. The team aims to become a leading provider of voice biometry and other voice-enabled applications addressing multiple billion-dollar market verticals. My Voice has raised 25 MNOK in a seed round led by ProVenture, an investment the company says will help further unlock voice use cases from doorbells and mobile phones to cars and internet services.
- Encap
Led · Equity · Jun 2013
Encap offers a mobile-based two-factor authentication solution that asks users to enter a PIN in an app while the service generates and sends a code to the site behind the scenes. The product is delivered as a white-label API that can be integrated into business mobile apps and online sites. Early targets are transactional sectors—banks, financial services, and e-commerce—with use cases including mobile payments and enterprise access. Its first customers include Santander Consumer Bank of Norway and payment card specialist EnterCard. The company says it will use new funding to further develop the solution and expand into markets outside Scandinavia; it has opened an office in Palo Alto to pursue the U.S. market. CEO Thomas Bostrøm Jørgensen positions the product as combining banking-grade security with ease of use to replace SMS codes and separate hardware tokens.
