Attensi has received industry recognition, including placement on Fast Company's World’s Most Innovative Companies 2025 list, TIME’s World’s Top EdTech Companies with Statista 2025, and being named a Strategic Challenger 2025 in the Fosway 9-Grid for Digital Learning. Attensi builds gamified corporate training delivered as 3D simulations that place employees into virtual representations of their workplace and work processes. The platform competes with providers such as GoSkills, Mindflash, SAP Litmos and Skilljar. The company reports a 63% CAGR in annual recurring revenue and lists clients including Daimler Mercedes Benz, Circle K, Equinor, BCG and ASDA. Co‑founder and co‑CEO Trond Aas says the product combines workplace psychology with simulations and gamification to create a new category of training solutions. Attensi plans to use the new funding to expand in North America and Europe. The pandemic-driven shift to remote work has increased demand for digital training platforms like Attensi. Attensi develops gamified 3D simulations to train employees in authentic situations involving human interaction and the operation of business-critical software and systems. The company uses advanced 3D modelling combined with insights into human behavior and psychology to build its training solutions. Founded in 2009 by Odd Skarheim and led by CEO Anne Lise Waal, Attensi has 40 employees and serves more than 50 customers across industries such as Merck, NorgesGruppen, Bertel O Steen and Avinor Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The firm focuses on enterprise training across a wide range of sectors. Attensi received an undisclosed investment from Viking Venture and intends to use the funds to grow internationally. Viking Venture will support the company's international expansion plans.

A full-time recruiter provided as part of the investment will assist Flowbox in recruitment to support its growth plan.

poLight develops autofocus lens solutions for mobile phone cameras, including its qualified first product, TLens Silver. Production has been qualified in cooperation with STMicroelectronics and assembly partner THEIL in Taiwan. poLight intends to use the new funding to continue commercializing its autofocus lens, ramp up production and secure its first customer. The company announced plans to pursue an IPO within one year following the financing and valuation event. poLight develops high-speed, ultra-low-power autofocus actuated micro lenses aimed at modern camera-phone applications, including continuous-autofocus video. Led by CEO Øyvind Isaksen, poLight is establishing manufacturing capacity in cooperation with ST Microelectronics. Volume production was planned to start in the second half of 2015. The company raised funding to continue developing its solutions and scale toward production. The financing supports product development and manufacturing ramp activities. poLight AS, based in Horten south of Oslo, Norway, develops micro-optics components for mobile imaging. The company has patented proprietary technology that enables production of reflowable, wafer-scale active optical components based on deformable polymers. Its TLens products can be integrated into mobile phone camera modules across low- to high-end devices, supporting resolutions up to 12 megapixels. poLight is led by CEO Christian Dupont and targets integration into handset camera modules. Financially, the company closed a NOK100m ($18.5m) Series B financing round in mid-2011. That financing could be extended to NOK130m ($24.5m) later in the year if additional investors join the consortium.
