Forerunner offers a unified, map-driven geospatial system of record that consolidates property, asset, and regulatory data into a single, searchable platform for government users. Its software automates complex workflows through configurable approvals, conditional logic, and compliance checks, while AI-powered document intelligence extracts and validates data from uploaded files to produce audit-ready records. Flexible reporting and data analysis tools enable agencies to filter and analyze information across properties, records, and workflows. The company serves customers in 26 U.S. states, including California, Texas, Florida, Louisiana, and New Jersey. Proceeds from recent funding will be used to scale operations and accelerate product development.
- AlphaLit
Participated · Seed · Jan 2026
AlphaLit develops a voice-based AI platform that interviews prospective plaintiffs, gathers evidence, and produces a structured case memo. The system then applies an algorithmic “AlphaLit score,” weighing liability, evidence quality, and potential damages to decide whether the matter should be referred to a lawyer in its network. To date, the platform has generated about 80 employment-related cases and operates solely in California, but the team intends to expand into additional claim types and jurisdictions. The company addresses a market in which more than $55 million in meritorious civil claims reportedly go unfiled each year because 64% of plaintiff inquiries to firms are ignored. By automating marketing, intake, and underwriting, AlphaLit lowers the cost of handling high-volume, lower-dollar cases for small law practices. Founded in 2024 by former Legalist investment director Anand Upadhye, AlphaLit positions itself as a mission-driven firm improving access to justice.

The company reports a peer-reviewed 59% reduction in orthopedic healthcare claims and that 95% of patients who initially planned surgery avoided it, with clients seeing an average 6.19x lifetime healthcare cost ROI. Aware Health emphasizes algorithm-guided virtual diagnosis to improve PT diagnostic accuracy versus competitors focused on motion-sensor exercise form. With the new funding, the company plans to build out AI models, a patient and provider engagement platform, and comprehensive employer dashboards.
