BYMA Ventures is the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) fund of BYMA (Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos), Argentina’s leading stock exchange. We invest in early-stage startups developing disruptive technologies that help shape the future of capital markets and financial services across Latin America. Born from BYMA’s open innovation strategy, our mission is to support visionary entrepreneurs building solutions in fintech, market infrastructure, data & AI, cybersecurity, regtech, SaaS, and blockchain-based assets. We go beyond capital. As a strategic partner, we offer access to BYMA’s ecosystem—one of the most relevant financial networks in the region—providing startups with potential clients, strategic guidance, and support to scale regionally and become enterprise-ready. We invest from Pre-Seed to Series A, backing founders who are solving real-world problems with scalable, high-impact solutions. Many of our portfolio companies have already been integrated into BYMA’s operations, co-developing tools that improve efficiency, liquidity, and access to financial markets.

Newly raised capital will go toward product development, operational scale-up and deeper international expansion. Management has set a goal of processing US$30 million in client volume by 2027, implying a 100× scale-up from current levels.
