- FutureCure Health
Led · Series B · Jan 2026
Founded in 2015 by Rajneesh and Anita Bhandari, FutureCure Health develops and operates NeuroEquilibrium, an integrated platform that combines proprietary diagnostic hardware, cloud-based remote software and treatment protocols to manage vertigo and dizziness. The company partners with hospitals, ENT clinics and neurology centres to provide non-invasive vestibular diagnostics and targeted therapy. It currently runs more than 300 clinics across India and 16 other countries, having treated over 150,000 patients. FutureCure plans to scale its vertigo offering globally while expanding into other chronic lifestyle conditions such as migraine and diabetes. The firm positions its deep-tech tools as a means to bridge the shortage of specialist doctors worldwide. Recent funding underscores management’s view that globally relevant healthcare technology can be built in India. The business generates revenue from its clinical network and technology deployments, though specific financial figures beyond patient and clinic counts were not disclosed.
- Studds Accessories
Participated · Equity · Oct 2025
Founded in 1975, Studds Accessories designs, manufactures, markets, and sells two-wheeler helmets under its mass-market Studds line and its premium SMK line, alongside ancillary motorcycle gear such as luggage, gloves, rain suits, riding jackets, eyewear, and helmet locks. The company also contract-manufactures helmets for global brands like Jay Squared’s Daytona and O’Neal, distributing these products across Europe, the United States, and Australia. Studds exports to over 70 countries, giving it a broad international footprint in the Americas, Asia, and Europe while maintaining a significant domestic presence in India. Its customer base includes leading motorcycle OEMs such as Hero MotoCorp, Honda Cars India, Suzuki Motorcycle India, Eicher Motors’ Royal Enfield, and India Yamaha Motor, as well as institutional buyers like Central Police Canteens and the Canteen Stores Department. The firm is preparing for a ₹455 crore initial public offering priced between ₹557–585 per share, which implies a valuation of roughly ₹2,300 crore at the top end. Because the IPO is entirely an offer for sale, Studds itself will not receive any primary proceeds. The company recently completed an anchor investor allocation to bolster demand ahead of the listing.

Participated · Equity · Sep 2025
Zelio E-Mobility builds and sells electric two- and three-wheelers aimed at India’s rapidly expanding e-mobility market. Foreign investors accounted for 30 % of the anchor tranche, underscoring international appetite for India’s EV sector. By allotting shares at ₹136 (₹10 face value plus ₹126 premium), the firm demonstrated its ability to command a premium valuation. The upcoming IPO window is scheduled for 30 September 2025 to 3 October 2025, providing the company with further capital for expansion. Management highlights the anchor round as validation of its market strategy and future growth plans. No operating metrics such as revenue or unit sales were disclosed in the press release.
