Drybar also sells a branded line of professional hair care products and styling tools in its stores, online and through retail partners. It has expanded distribution of its product line from 70 to more than 200 Sephora locations nationwide. Drybar closed $20M in funding in the reported round and has now raised more than $50M to date. The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate expansion plans. Leadership includes co‑founders Michael Landau (executive chairman) and Alli Webb (chief creative officer), CEO John Heffner, and other senior executives. Drybar is a blow-dry-only salon chain founded by Alli Webb that launched its first shop in Brentwood, Calif., in February 2010. The company operates locations across Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Scottsdale, San Diego and Atlanta. Its core offering is blow-dry hairstyling through dedicated salons. The business is led by CEO Michael Landau, President Karen Kelley and a chief operating officer.
