    KeVita is an Oxnard, CA-based maker of KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drinks. The company produces an organic line of vegan probiotic beverages that are free of dairy, gluten and GMOs and feature a proprietary four-strain probiotic culture. Its drinks range from five to 45 calories per serving and come in flavors including Lemon Cayenne Daily Cleanse, Mojita Lime Mint Coconut, Living Greens, Coconut, Lemon Ginger, Mango Coconut, Pomegranate and Strawberry Acai Coconut. KeVita's products are sold through retailers such as Safeway, Vons, Kroger, Ralphs, Sprouts and Whole Foods Market. In October 2014 the company closed a $6M Series D financing and said it would use the proceeds to deploy new marketing initiatives, invest in innovation and bring new products to market later that year. The company is led by co-founder and CEO Bill Moses.

Founded in 2009 by Alli Webb and Michael Landau and led by CEO John Heffner, the company operates more than 60 locations across the United States. Drybar also sells a branded line of professional hair care products and styling tools in its stores, online and through retail partners. The company received a minority investment from private equity firm Roark Capital Group; terms were not disclosed. Drybar said it will use the proceeds to expand across the globe and was planning to open a Las Vegas location on July 1, 2016. Drybar operates a chain of hair salons and sells a line of hair styling products and tools. The company serves more than 100,000 women each month across 37 retail locations. It has expanded distribution of its product line from 70 to more than 200 Sephora locations nationwide. Drybar closed $20M in funding in the reported round and has now raised more than $50M to date. The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate expansion plans. Leadership includes co‑founders Michael Landau (executive chairman) and Alli Webb (chief creative officer), CEO John Heffner, and other senior executives. Drybar is a blow-dry-only salon chain founded by Alli Webb that launched its first shop in Brentwood, Calif., in February 2010. The company operates locations across Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Scottsdale, San Diego and Atlanta. Its core offering is blow-dry hairstyling through dedicated salons. The business is led by CEO Michael Landau, President Karen Kelley and a chief operating officer. Drybar intends to use proceeds from the financing to continue national expansion and to invest in people and infrastructure. The company will open its second New York location on January 26 at the Le Parker Meridien hotel on 56th Street.
