Talentware builds an AI-native skill intelligence platform that uses agentic AI to map technical, managerial and soft skills from unstructured company data and AI-based situational assessments. The platform acts as a 'copilot' for employees and supports HR and business in internal mobility, strategic workforce planning, succession planning and targeted upskilling. Founded in July 2023 by three ex-Bain consultants and incubated at Bain Founder Studio, Talentware launched commercially in June 2024 and reports over 45 active customers. The company employs about 30 people, roughly 65% of whom are focused on product and AI development. Its primary customers are mid-to-large companies in knowledge-intensive and regulated sectors such as financial services, energy, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, IT and public administration. Talentware plans to use recent funding to expand the team, consolidate and extend its product (including AI situational assessments) and pursue a European-first geographic expansion.
