  Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Los Angeles, Procode builds AI-driven billing infrastructure for private practice surgeons and acquired The Auctus Group to serve plastic surgery and dermatology providers. The company says it serves more than 350 providers through that acquisition and bills on contingency, taking fees only when clients are paid. Procode published a peer-reviewed study reporting its fine-tuned hybrid LLM achieved 86.7% overall coding accuracy versus 42.5% for human auditors and 35.8% for the best general-purpose LLM. Its product suite includes AI coding, an operating system for billing teams, and a provider-facing app with real-time financial data. Following the Series A, Procode plans to use proceeds to complete two additional acquisitions and expand into all surgical specialties and ASC billing. The company has raised $14 million in total venture funding to date.
