The company’s thesis is the intelligent automation of supply chains, applying the latest AI and machine-learning optimisation tools to retail and manufacturing challenges. With the new seed funding the company plans to hire staff, expand R&D capacity, and accelerate sales and marketing, as well as speed up onboarding and bolster design and front-end engineering. Remi.ai has been used for pandemic-era supply-chain scenarios and container optimisation work as shipping costs and related challenges have evolved. The company completed its first external capital raise and joined the inaugural Boab AI Scale Up six-month program. Remi AI finished 2020 with 25% client growth month-on-month.
