- Keeyu
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Keeyu builds an AI Agent platform that continuously monitors the entire e-commerce order journey—including payment, fulfillment, delivery, and returns—and automatically resolves issues before shoppers contact customer support. The Sydney-based startup already supports more than 15 retailers spanning 25 brands such as Decjuba, Rebel Sport NZ, and Camilla. By surfacing and fixing fulfilment, shipping, and return problems in real time, the software aims to reduce ‘where-is-my-order’ inquiries and improve customer experience. Founded by Jevon Le Roux, Tahir Rauf, and Tracy Godtschalk, the company positions itself as a proactive operations layer for modern retail tech stacks. With fresh capital in hand, Keeyu plans to accelerate growth, extend adoption of its platform, and bolster product capabilities ahead of upcoming peak retail seasons. The recent financing brings total funds raised to US$2.3 million and gives the company runway to deepen its AI functionality and scale go-to-market efforts.
- ExtrasJar
Led · Seed · Sep 2022
ExtrasJar offers health and pet extras coverage through its ExtrasJar Extras Account, which lets customers nominate amounts to spend on treatments and roll over unused funds year-to-year. Unused balances are invested in the ExtrasJar Managed Investment Scheme to potentially grow over time. The product is positioned as an alternative to traditional extras plans, giving customers control over how they spend their extras. Co-founders John Connor and Reece Frazier frame the offering as a response to what they call industry 'shams' and say it prevents Australians from losing large portions of their extras. ExtrasJar cites that Australians lose more than half of health insurance extras — about $514 per person per year and over $10,280 over 20 years — as part of its rationale. Following its seed raise, the company says it can offer its coverage to a larger population of Australians and expand awareness through channels such as Insurance Business Australia.
- Seitec
Led · Seed · Aug 2022
Seitec develops a software-defined seismic sensing platform that runs two software packages—UXOTrackS for detecting, localising and classifying unexploded ordnance impacts across weapons ranges, and Nightingale for passive seismic perimeter security, force protection, and counter-UAS classification. The company serves allied military operators and has achieved Australian Defence Force service entry for UXOTrackS. It holds paid trial contracts with the Air Warfare System Program Office and the Australian Office of National Intelligence and is advancing through the USAF Foreign Comparative Testing programme. Seitec is led by CEO Daniel Stevens and CTO Bevan Fairleigh and is headquartered in Canberra, Australia. The company plans to convert its trial pipeline into contracted revenue as it scales delivery and enters the US market.
- Remi AI
Participated · Seed · Feb 2022
Remi.ai is a platform that delivers demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment and price optimisation to retail and e-commerce clients. Founded in 2014, the company started as a consulting service and has since developed a SaaS platform that generates recurring revenue. Remi.ai counts Coca-Cola and Microsoft among its clients and says its SaaS is accessible to both Fortune 100 companies and SMEs. The company’s thesis is the intelligent automation of supply chains, applying the latest AI and machine-learning optimisation tools to retail and manufacturing challenges. With the new seed funding the company plans to hire staff, expand R&D capacity, and accelerate sales and marketing, as well as speed up onboarding and bolster design and front-end engineering. Remi.ai has been used for pandemic-era supply-chain scenarios and container optimisation work as shipping costs and related challenges have evolved. Remi AI is a Melbourne-headquartered AI platform that provides demand forecasting, supply-chain simulation and optimisation, replenishment optimisation and what-if analysis for retail and eCommerce. The company completed its first external capital raise and joined the inaugural Boab AI Scale Up six-month program. Remi AI finished 2020 with 25% client growth month-on-month. The team plans to accelerate product development in key areas, get more clients on board, and scale the business while retaining its core mission. Remi AI positions its technology as delivering strong return on investment across logistics and supply chains with broad application and impact.
- Hudled
Participated · Seed · Mar 2021
Hudled builds a dashboard for growing companies to track, control and optimise their software stack and reclaim visibility into SaaS spend. The platform syncs in real time with accounting tools such as Xero, Netsuite and QuickBooks to surface company-wide visibility and actionable savings. In beta it has customers including Employment Hero, Airwallex, Legal Vision, Simply Wall Street and Autopilot and has analysed more than $10 million of software spend. Hudled has secured 250+ partner integrations with vendors such as Zoom, Monday.com, 15Five and Semrush to help customers access competitive rates. The company emerged amid the 2020 pandemic through Antler Australia; the team has grown to eight and has hired four engineers since the seed. Hudled will reopen its waitlist and officially launch the product in April 2021 and plans to use the seed funding to accelerate product development, expand partnerships and investigate US expansion by Q3.
