    CriticalArc is a safety software startup that provides cloud- and mobile-based tools to help organisations proactively manage security, safety and emergencies. Its platform is reported to be in use by over 70 organisations across the Asia-Pacific, the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The company completed an equity crowdfunding campaign through VentureCrowd, raising capital from external investors. The round brought in nearly $1 million from 11 investors in exchange for an 8.3% stake.
