- Agentsy
Led · Seed · Feb 2026
Agentsy is an Australian proptech startup that has built a purpose-built AI platform for the local residential real estate market, focusing on legislation, property data and agency workflows unique to Australia. After 12 months of development and testing with early design partners such as Jellis Craig, Laing+Simmons, OCRE and BresicWhitney, the product has moved from closed beta to full commercial release. The software automates time-consuming tasks like email responses, compliance communications and marketing collateral, addressing administrative work that can consume up to 60% of an agent’s time. Early users have reported improvements in control, reduced stress and greater client focus. Agentsy argues that Australia has lacked a domestically developed AI solution that is immediately accurate, compliant and commercially valuable. The company cites global AI real-estate software market estimates of roughly US$600 million, projected to grow beyond US$850 million by 2028. With fresh capital, the team plans to accelerate onboarding of additional agencies as part of a nationwide rollout.
- Keeyu
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Keeyu builds an AI Agent platform that continuously monitors the entire e-commerce order journey—including payment, fulfillment, delivery, and returns—and automatically resolves issues before shoppers contact customer support. The Sydney-based startup already supports more than 15 retailers spanning 25 brands such as Decjuba, Rebel Sport NZ, and Camilla. By surfacing and fixing fulfilment, shipping, and return problems in real time, the software aims to reduce ‘where-is-my-order’ inquiries and improve customer experience. Founded by Jevon Le Roux, Tahir Rauf, and Tracy Godtschalk, the company positions itself as a proactive operations layer for modern retail tech stacks. With fresh capital in hand, Keeyu plans to accelerate growth, extend adoption of its platform, and bolster product capabilities ahead of upcoming peak retail seasons. The recent financing brings total funds raised to US$2.3 million and gives the company runway to deepen its AI functionality and scale go-to-market efforts.
