ProphetX recently received CFTC approval and completed a nationwide launch, after previously operating as a sweepstakes platform. The firm reported a 50% increase in active users and assets on platform during its first 30 days as a regulated market and is targeting a tripling of trading volume in 2026. ProphetX is scaling a B2B platform and partnerships and raised $35 million to accelerate product development, boost market liquidity, and expand institutional market coverage.

It reported $2.5 million in ARR after two years, representing 500% year-over-year growth, and says it has delivered up to 3x efficiency gains and 15%+ cost savings for customers. The company plans to use new funding to further build its AI infrastructure, expand sales and marketing, and scale operations to thousands more locations.
