The founder has experience at SHL and is pausing university studies to focus on the company full time. Operon is part of Y Combinator’s S26 batch. No revenue, user, or other operating metrics were disclosed in the article.

  • Groyyo

    Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Gurugram by Pratik Tiwari and Subin Mitra, Groyyo operates an AI-driven platform that digitises the entire apparel production cycle from design and costing to production tracking, quality checks and logistics. The company also offers a factory operating software that enables manufacturers to manage production, inventory and finance while giving brands real-time visibility into the manufacturing process. Groyyo reports a supplier network of more than 470 manufacturers and serves over 45 international brands across 10 countries. Recent financing activity includes a $40 million Series A in June 2022 (debt and equity) and $5.4 million in debt in January 2024; it has just closed Rs 90 crore in the first tranche of a Rs 200 crore Series B. The company plans to use new capital to expand its manufacturing network, scale its AI infrastructure and strengthen its technology platform, and to grow its presence in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Management is targeting an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 500 crore in FY26 and aims to hit Rs 3,000 crore in revenue over the next three years while improving profitability.

    Founded in 2024 by Aditya Gupta, Sandeep Ghule, Anand Kapadia, and Manish Sinha, Novio issues RuPay credit cards backed by user fixed deposits. Users can open a fixed deposit through the app and receive a credit card within hours without income proof or credit checks, while the deposit continues to earn interest. Cards can be linked to UPI for payments and offer features such as rewards, travel benefits, and real-time redemption. Novio partners with banks including SBM Bank and DCB Bank to issue its cards. The company says it has crossed 1 lakh active cardholders within a year of launch and plans to issue 50 lakh cards over the next three years. It intends to use recent funding to expand distribution in tier II–V markets, strengthen bank partnerships, and build out UPI and AI-led credit advisory features.
