The group has expanded its portfolio to include legal, HR, CSR consulting, training, tax management and a furnished-rental management service that counts 12,000 clients. Inelys generates €25 million in annual revenue and employs 250 people. Growth to date has been driven by an active M&A strategy, with 22 accounting firms acquired since inception, including six so far in 2024. The company aims to double in size within five years. A central pillar of its plan is accelerating digital transformation around artificial intelligence to improve client service and operational efficiency. The fresh capital will also fund additional acquisitions in the Rhône-Alpes and Île-de-France regions.

Its eCDN delivers tier 1 streaming video on demand (VOD) and live media across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The company’s solution targets high-quality viewing in urban, rural and remote areas as well as in-flight, and is particularly well suited to live sporting events and popular VOD content. With the Series A financing, Netskrt plans to expand its edge CDN footprint into international markets including Europe and South America, and into airlines and other travel markets. The investment will also fund expansion of customer support, engineering, and operations to fulfill its global eCDN mission. Netskrt secured CA$10 million in Series A equity financing, reflecting investor confidence in its team and technology.

    Blue-Zone Technologies is a Toronto-based clean‑tech pharmaceutical company that sustainably captures and recovers waste anesthetic gases and converts them into branded generic inhalation anesthetics. Founded in 1999 by Dusanka Filipovic and led by CEO Kipton Lade, the company runs a fully operational, GMP‑compliant, Health Canada‑licensed Drug Establishment Facility for anesthetic recovery, raw material and final product production. Blue-Zone collects unused anesthetics that would normally be vented into the environment and processes the collected material into its pure form, providing a sustainable and cost‑efficient source of inhalation anesthetic drugs. The company raised $8m in institutional financing in a round led by the Canadian venture capital arm of Crédit Mutuel Equity and Round Pound Ventures, LLC. Blue-Zone intends to use the proceeds to expand operations and broaden its business reach.
