- InnovaFeed
Participated · Equity · Jun 2026
Founded in 2016, Innovafeed develops technology to rear and transform the Black Soldier Fly (Hermetia illucens) at industrial scale to produce protein and oil ingredients for animal and plant nutrition. Its proprietary, sensor-driven and partially robotic production process and wet transformation method aim to optimise breeding conditions and product digestibility. The company says its Nesle production unit is fully operational and has produced over 15,000 tons of protein and oil in three years while increasing volumes tenfold and cutting production costs by seven. Innovafeed plans to prioritise commercial deployment of its Hilucia™ product ranges—particularly in functional segments of aquaculture and pet food—while redirecting investment toward industrial equipment, applications development, and operational excellence. As part of this new phase the company is reorganising activities around Nesle, integrating R&D from Gouzeaucourt and planning a workforce reduction tied to that integration. Innovafeed reports strong commercial traction with revenues doubling annually and emphasizes the environmental benefits of its circular industrial model.

Nous anti-gaspi focuses on sourcing and reselling products that are downgraded, surplus, or otherwise at risk of being discarded, allowing consumers to purchase them at discounted prices while reducing waste. The company positions itself as a specialist in destocking these goods, offering a branded product range under the Nous anti-gaspi label. It is now initiating a strategic shift, accompanied by a change in governance. As part of this transition, it has secured a €7 million capital increase. The fresh funds come largely from its long-standing backers, Creadev (the investment arm of the Mulliez family) and Eutopia. This new financing provides additional resources to support the company’s evolving strategy and operational needs.

Backed by more than a decade of R&D and over 250 scientific publications, deepLive™ is already installed in 120+ sites across 15+ countries, spanning hospitals and private practices. The system is used from initial diagnosis to intra-operative surgical guidance, helping thousands of patients avoid unnecessary biopsies, repeat surgeries and long waiting times. With the technology now commercially launched, the company plans to broaden access beyond early pioneer centers and make digital biopsy a routine part of dermatological care. The newly secured Series B funding strengthens its financial position and fuels this expansion. Damae Medical continues to focus on accelerating adoption, improving accuracy and reducing invasiveness in skin-cancer management.
