Hyperbots is an agentic AI platform that automates finance and accounting workflows for mid-market enterprises. Its product suite comprises specialized AI co-pilots—built with CFOs—that handle procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, expense management, analytics, reporting, invoice processing, matching and reconciliation, accruals, tax validation, payment-term checks, and ERP GL-code recommendations. Co-pilots integrate with leading ERP, CRM, and finance systems, and the team worked with 25+ U.S. design partners over 18 months before launching an MVP. Since launch, Hyperbots reports over 80% straight-through processing, 99.8% document accuracy, and up to 80% reduction in manual intervention. The company is on track to serve 100+ U.S. clients this year across healthcare, media, manufacturing, retail, EV infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, pharma, and real estate. Planned product and go-to-market initiatives include U.S. expansion, development of new co-pilots, and the launch of HyperLM, a finance-and-accounting LLM pre-trained with millions of data points and domain-specific reasoning. Hyperbots is an Indian-founded, Dover, DE–based AI-powered fintech startup that has developed AI Assistants to automate finance operations. The company's assistants target accounts payable, expense processing, and accounts receivable, removing repetitive and mundane tasks to drive productivity gains. Leadership includes CEO Rajeev Pathak, VP AI Niyati Chhaya, and Head of Engineering Ram Jayaraman. The company raised $2M in seed funding led by Kalaari Capital with participation from Sunicon Ventures and Athera Venture Partners. Hyperbots plans to use the funds to expand operations and broaden its business reach.
