Runta develops an execution layer for AI agents that puts hard boundaries around what an agent can reach and spend while keeping a replayable record of what it executed. The company positions agents as a new kind of computer user and emphasizes combining permissions, identity, spend limits and auditability into a single infrastructure layer. Tandem Health provides a clinician copilot that uses an ambient scribe to listen during patient consultations, transcribe them, and automatically generate draft medical notes that can be transferred to users’ medical record systems. The copilot is designed to let clinicians focus on care rather than administrative tasks. Tandem says its product fully follows GDPR and local patient data laws. The company plans to use new funding to continue expanding operations and advancing product development. Tandem raised a $9.5M seed round to support those efforts. The company is led by co-founders Lukas Saari (CEO), Oliver Åstrand (CTO) and Oscar Boldt-Christmas (CCO) and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
