Overview
We target the global pipeline of outlier entrepreneurs building B2B digital companies that are currently undervalued and looking to grow by partnering with founder friendly investors that can help them reach more customers, build a better product and raise capital in a relatively short period of time. With Oakland, California as a base in Silicon Valley, we currently invest via: - LatAm Seed Fund: Pre-Seed up to Series A startups, primarily in the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru) scaling up globally. Typically invest an initial 50-100k USD, then follow-on up to 500k from this fund. - Global Fund: Seed to Series B startups scaling across the Americas, Africa with more than 1MM in ARR. We are open to leading or joining rounds, co-investments, and follow-on syndicates (SPVs).

- Arch
Participated · Seed · Oct 2022
Arch builds tokenized index-products that let users buy a basket of crypto assets via a single token, analogous to ETFs in traditional finance. Its platform aims to simplify how people build and manage well-diversified crypto portfolios for passive investors by enabling purchases through on-chain smart-contract tokens. Arch's tokens are permissionless, self-custodied, and the platform does not provide individualized advice, reflecting web3 principles. The firm's research arm, Arch Intelligence, uses a proprietary Arch Token Classification Standard (ATCS) to track more than 1,000 classified tokens and construct indexes. The company says it will use the proceeds to expand its product offering and reach. Management positions Arch as enabling passive access to crypto growth without the time and energy required for active trading.
- Colektia
Participated · Series A · Feb 2021

Founded in 2018 by Gabriel and Oswaldo Monroy, the startup was selected for Google for Startups and had raised more than $1 million in pre-seed and seed rounds prior to its Series A. In 2021 the company planned investments to consolidate presence in Mexico and Chile and accelerate expansion into Colombia and Peru, and to begin buying charged-off portfolios.
