- TekSiC
Participated · Seed · Jul 2026
Founded in 2021 out of research at Linköping University, TekSiC develops both crystal-growth equipment and production processes to manufacture semi-insulating silicon carbide (SI-SiC) wafers. Its flagship Xforge PVT furnace platform operates at temperatures above 2,500°C and has already been delivered to multiple industrial customers. The company is also developing proprietary hot-zone components aimed at extending equipment lifetime, improving yields, and lowering production costs. TekSiC has secured a major order from an international manufacturer entering the SiC wafer market and has demonstrated wafer quality within a national semiconductor programme supported by Tillväxtverket. The startup aims to establish Europe’s first commercial supply chain for SI-SiC, a material used in defence, satellite communications, and high-frequency telecom infrastructure. Its recent €1.45M seed round led by Turbine Capital will be used to accelerate commercialization of its Xforge platform and further develop its SI-SiC wafer technology.
- Radar Reticence
Participated · Equity · Jul 2026
Radar Reticence produces a software solution that addresses dangerous false 'ghost targets' caused by interference between multiple automotive radars, and uniquely its system does not require new hardware — it can be installed into existing radar systems. The startup is testing its product in real traffic and is running trials together with Volkswagen-owned Nira Dynamics while drawing interest from major suppliers like Bosch, Continental and Texas Instruments. Through its EIC Accelerator project the company aims to progress from prototype testing to a certified, sellable product for the automotive industry. Radar Reticence was founded in 2022 by researchers Emil Nilsson and Hans Hellsten and operates from the Lead incubator in Linköping. The company currently employs six people and plans to double its team over the next year; the new funding will be used to run the first customer pilot and scale the organization. Prior financing includes about 3.2 million kronor in venture capital and roughly 4.2 million kronor in Vinnova grants.
- Celluminova
Led · Equity · Jun 2026
Celluminova develops proprietary research tools and technologies to analyze stem cell behavior with applications in cancer stem cell studies and translational biomedical research. The company operates in the research infrastructure segment rather than developing therapeutics, supplying precision tools to laboratories and academic institutions. Its technologies aim to improve the reliability of experimental models and reduce time required for preclinical studies, addressing challenges in modeling rare and complex cell populations. Celluminova is based in Linköping, Sweden. With SEK 20 million in new funding, the company plans to commercialize its product portfolio, expand its technical team, and grow its market presence across Europe and North America.
